On April 8th, Black Girl Hockey Club Canada had the opportunity to attend the Canada vs. Japan IIHF Women's World Championship game thanks to tickets from Hockey Canada and the OWHA. With a dominant victory over Team Japan, our girls made sure to cheer loud with their Sarah Nurse posters and participate in our poster competition! Shout out to our girl Olivia for winning the competition with her not one, not two but THREE signs she made! She won a $50 giftcard to Sports Chek!
