Directed by Kwame Damon Mason, 'Ice Queens' is a documentary showcasing the resilience, perseverance, & value of female Black hockey players in the sport.
It features some of the best current Black female players, including Canadian hockey, forwards Sarah Nurse and Mikyla Grant-Mentis, Kim Davis, NHL Senior Executive, and Angela James, a former Canadian forward and defenseman inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2010 to name a few.
The documentary premiered on SN360 on March 8, with a second airing on March 11 on SN1.
